Le Regard Féminin is the first ready-to-wear collection by Arwen Paola. This micro-collection is inspired by the concept of the female gaze, a perspective in art that portrays women as complex subjects with rich interior lives, emphasizing emotion, experience, and agency rather than appearance shaped for male pleasure.
This collection is an exploration of how I want to dress and present myself, in contrast to how society often expects women to appear. Soft fabric manipulations create fluid, romantic forms that express tenderness and sensuality. In contrast, darker fabrics reveal the more hidden side of femininity; mysterious, powerful, luminous in its depth.
